Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our business and industry.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for technology adoption and innovation through 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to integrate new technologies into our offerings.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights and foresight.
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate setting.
- Deep understanding of at least two of the following domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, blockchain, or sustainable energy.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
