Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor regulatory impacts and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
