- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments and resource allocation
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academia and industry partners
- Translate complex tech concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical tech competition
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., AI governance frameworks, quantum applications)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication with ability to influence C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (whitepapers, patents, TED talks)
- Experience scaling innovation in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense)
