Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, neural interfaces)
- Architect scalable solutions bridging current infrastructure with future paradigms
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and technology ecosystem partnerships
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, sustainable tech, AR/VR)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
