Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-computing, AGI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for frontier technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and commercialization success
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified in Technology Innovation Management (CTIM) preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Portfolio of successfully launched technology initiatives
