- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging tech with enterprise scalability and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints for prototyping next-gen interfaces and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum startups, neurotech labs, and space exploration ventures
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and boards with data-driven impact projections
- Drive patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in decentralized identity and ambient computing
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in horizon scanning and scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Innovation Management with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to IPO-stage products
