Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology impact assessments to executive leadership and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and implementation
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performing innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ successful technology initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities using modern tools
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
