Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product architectures
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech innovators
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior engineers on future tech integration best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) beneficial
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech initiatives or thought leadership
