Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify market gaps and innovation opportunities
- Produce competitive intelligence reports on emerging technologies with commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-impact domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
