Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated 5G/6G, quantum, or neurotech expertise
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals on emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Track record of deploying at least two paradigm-shifting technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for ethical tech deployment
