Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP development for next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and venture capital firms
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position our technology portfolio for market dominance
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members, securing $10M+ annual budgets
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and researchers while fostering a culture of radical innovation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech with published research or patents
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from venture capital or corporate partners
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization and market disruption
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
