Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech domains including AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven insights
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts on innovation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies (preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (desirable)
