Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify market opportunities and competitive advantages
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead strategic initiatives to integrate disruptive technologies into core products and services
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members to drive data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, startups, and academic institutions
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and measure ROI against strategic goals
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or corporate innovation labs
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight preferred
