- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience working with C-level executives and board-level presentations
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
