Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech patents and market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Build external partnerships with academic labs and venture capital firms
- Drive organizational culture shift toward agile, future-ready operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, CB Insights)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
