Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, TOGAF) highly desirable
