Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026+) and develop implementation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with 50+ engineering teams
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive board with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access bleeding-edge research
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Mentor technical teams in emerging domains while maintaining industry thought leadership
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2026+ tech roadmap implementation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and biotech integration frameworks
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience leading teams of 50+ engineers across multiple technology domains
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating $10M+ in annual revenue
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester) and scenario planning methodologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
