Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess their commercial viability for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to maintain technological leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing technology foresight projects or innovation initiatives
