Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Certified in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
