Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments in emerging tech sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
