Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present disruptive technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation in ethical AI frameworks and climate-positive tech
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of fearless experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 2026+ vision execution
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Track record of patent filings and commercializing futuristic innovations
- Mastery of scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
