Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead an innovation incubator team
- Secure strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven success in launching tech-forward products/services
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience building high-performance innovation teams
