Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities and client needs
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in controlled environments
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots and risk mitigation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, emerging tech, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record translating complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
