Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to the board of directors
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with board experience
