Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with focus on quantum systems

- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining tech products
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain federal research credentials
