- Champion innovation culture through cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for cutting-edge solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of AI, IoT, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional leadership abilities
