Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer-facing solutions
- Create executive presentations and reports communicating strategic insights and recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our strategic direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing strategic frameworks and roadmaps for future technology adoption
