- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology investment proposals to executive stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on emerging tech
- Build and manage an innovation lab prototype pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products or services
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycles
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
