Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Innovatech Labs as an industry pioneer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into product development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation hubs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging technology trends
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale innovation initiatives
- Certifications in innovation management or strategic foresourcing (e.g., CIMP, CFIP) a plus
