Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with 3-5 year market impact analysis
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning technological trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and integrate next-gen technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
