Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning technological trends with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market sizing for emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive internal adoption of emerging technologies through training programs and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategiesExceptional communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and scenario planning
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
