Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies through agile methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management preferred
