- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for technology investments and ROI modeling
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor tech policy trends and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
