Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and drive data-backed decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at premier tech conferences
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to mitigate risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master's or PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
