Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation incubator
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and influence high-level technology investment decisions
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to scout disruptive innovations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and adapt strategy accordingly
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into existing product ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or blockchain
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional innovation projects
