Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year market impact projections
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation (AI/blockchain/IoT)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
