- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting innovation strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team focused on next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in launching or scaling technology-driven products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy) preferred
