Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt $1B+ markets
- Develop patentable frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic technology narratives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Published research or patents in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Portfolio of successfully launched technology initiatives with measurable impact
