Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical AI deployment
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget allocation across experimental projects and pilot programs
- Mentor emerging technologists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech scale-ups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance for 2030+ innovations
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
