Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruption and identify opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future markets
- Drive innovation labs focused on prototyping 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/sustainability)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or future trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
