Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities in 2026 tech landscape
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation workshops to identify next-generation use cases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
