- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Present future-tech frameworks to executive board and investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech publications
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex tech environments
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology roadmapping
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
