Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., INSEAD/Wharton)
- Experience building cross-cultural innovation teams across 3+ continents
