You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR convergence) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption threat assessments for emerging tech sectors
- Present technology foresight briefings to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Architect governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation and ethical tech deployment
- Drive M&A and partnership strategies for future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions (demonstrated via patents, published analyses, or successful product launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum-safe cryptography)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong data storytelling abilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
