Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for emerging tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor regulatory frameworks and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling innovative tech from concept to market
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
