Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps identifying disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and top-tier universities for collaborative research
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and Board of Directors quarterly
- Oversee patent strategy targeting 50+ filings annually in emerging tech domains
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/quantum deployments ensuring responsible innovation
- Mentor emerging tech fellows in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record leading initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, or clean tech
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns and adoption curves
- Executive experience at Fortune 100 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborative projects
