Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record leading R&D initiatives with $20M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
