Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and Web3 infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business strategy teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human-computer augmentation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish industry standards for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI governance frameworks
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on future technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government or corporate sources
- Fluency in at least three programming languages with system-level expertise
