Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Define KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of technology investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in regulated industries
