Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/BCI)
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent
